Wine and Spirits

Welcome to Utah's largest wine festival! Each year The Park City Food and Wine Classic features hundreds of wines from the everyday to the esoteric. From threeStroll of Park City days of bliss including Thursday's Kickoff Celebration, Friday's Stroll and Saturday's Grand Tasting, to enticing seminars and haute cuisine, the Classic offers many ways to make your weekend experience memorable. You'll choose from a unique cross-section of fine wines from a multitude of suppliers. Wine, beer, and spirits galore - that’s what you'll find at this year’s Park City Food and Wine Classic.

The success of this event is due in no small part to our wonderful Wineries. If you find a wine that you want to add to your collection visit their web site listed here. It's a great way to enjoy consistent quality every time. We thank these suppliers for the knowledge they will impart to you and their participation.

2011 PARTICIPANTS

Participants are being updated weekly. Please check back for new 2012 additions!

Chalk Hill - The quest for quality is the basis for all winemaking decisions on the Chalk Hill Estate. The vineyardists coax Mother Nature to create perfect fruit that, once harvested, is delivered to the winery with only the most delicate touches. In the Winery, the Winemaker, Lisa Bishop Forbes, and her dedicated staff gently shepherd the grapes through the fermentation process to the bottle. With an estate-wide, shared aesthetic, the process is light-handed, non-invasive, and sustainable, allowing each bottle to emulate the essence of the vineyard.

David Arthur Vineyards - Established by David, Joye and Bob Long in 1985, David Arthur is dedicated to producing handcrafted wines that express the unique terroir of our estate.  Despite the rough rocky terrain these vines hail from, year after year they produce wines with lush fruit character and silky tannins.

Firestone Vineyard - The vineyard focuses on optimal physiological balance in the vines yielding wines that are brightly flavored, crisp and delicious. Estate Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc and Syrah vineyards are located on a series of mesas that have gravelly sub-soils, ideally oriented for perfect exposure.

Fisher Vineyards - Founded in 1973 by Fred and Juelle Fisher, Fisher Vineyards grows and produces wines from both its Napa Valley Estate and Spring Mountain Estate (Sonoma County). Today, Fred and Juelle's three children, Whitney, Robert and Cameron, have joined Fisher Vineyards and are leading the way to a second generation of fine wines. "We are small in size but great in scope with both mountain and valley estate vineyards. Our wines reflect the great care we have given these vineyards; those who drink the wines and those who write about the wines, sing their praise, and we are grateful."

Novy Family Wines - The name Novi means "new" in Czech. We are as proud of our world heritage as we are our new world wines and try, with Novy Family Wines, to produce wines that express our love of history, place and family. For us, the beauty of making our own wine is the total freedom to do it our way, without compromise.

Parducci - Founded in 1932 and bonded in 1933, Parducci Wine Cellars is the oldest winery in Mendocino County. Parducci is committed to sustainable winegrowing practices that yield top quality grapes and wines while protecting the environment and supporting our community and local farmers.

Today, Sebastiani Vineyards & Winery advances its record of acclaim under the guidance of vintner and entrepreneur Bill Foley, who acquired the winery in 2008. As part of Foley Family Wines, Sebastiani will maintain its commitment to producing singular wines from the appellations of Sonoma County.

Siduri - In 2004 Siduri celebrated its 10 year anniversary. We can hardly believe it, but between two wine labels (Siduri and sister label Novy Family Wines) and three beautiful children, we are beyond blessed and beyond busy! With our small but tireless crew we produce over 25 different Pinot Noir wines each year, representing the largest Pinot Noir focus of any California winery.

Zacherle Wines - A marriage of talents and a meeting of minds. Zacherle Wines is an outlet for winemakers Nile Zacherle and Whitney Fisher Zacherle to collaborate stylistically and artistically to create wines that pay homage to origin, yet are influenced by the couple's personalities and passion. In every bottle of Zacherle wine is a devotion to their craft. They combine old world winegrowing techniques with new world fruit, handcrafted from vineyard to bottle with carefully honed skills acquired at home and abroad. Zacherle Wines are created from grapes that are locally sourced and farmed sustainably, biodynamically, and organically.
